Hiren Patel purchased his first independent motel in Beaumont, Texas. With hands-on dedication and a keen eye for value-add improvements, he built a reputation centered on clean, dependable stays and consistent, guest-focused operations.

A Fresh Start in Winnie, TX

Monik Patel arrived in the small town of Winnie, just outside Beaumont, and began working night shifts as a Night Auditor at a local Days Inn. His passion for hospitality and quick learning led to a promotion to Assistant General Manager in a short time. Even as he took on more responsibility, his favorite shift remained the mid-shift, where he thrived in sales and guest engagement.
